Return and Exchange Policy

At Prestige Ave., each product is custom-made through our print-on-demand process, making every item unique. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind.

If your product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • Your order number

For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, we may require an additional photo or video displaying all affected items together for confirmation.

Please note:

  • Prestige Ave. is not responsible for incorrect size or color choices made during checkout.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, you can opt for a reprint (additional charges may apply) or a partial refund.
  • Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5") on Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products are within tolerance and are not considered defects.
